A Widows Conference

Every church, regardless of size, can serve widows well.

Held in Hope is a faith-based gathering designed to strengthen widows, equip ministry leaders, and mobilize churches to reflect God’s compassion. Together, we seek to ensure that no widow walks alone and every church is prepared to love, support, and serve widows with wisdom, dignity, and faith.

Our prayer is that every widow leaves knowing she is held in hope, and every church leaves ready to be the hands and feet of Christ.

Flights

The closest airport is Tulsa International Airport (TUL). The airport is approximately 25 minutes from First Baptist Jenks.

Consider flying in on Wednesday, October 7th to make sure you make it to the conference in time.

Hotels

We do have a room block reserved at the Holiday Inn Glenpool – South Tulsa for October 7th – October 10th, but this will fill up fast. We are working to get another group room block added soon! Keep checking the website for updates.

Shuttles

We are working to provide and set-up shuttle service for those flying in from out of state. We will provide this information as it becomes available and you will need to sign-up for this service, if you so require it.

There are also many rental car options available at the Tulsa International Airport and a rental car would give you some time to explore the area.

October in Oklahoma can be hot, cold or quite pleasant, so check the weather before packing.
