6:00 Hors d’oeuvre and alcohol-free cocktail hour 

7:00 Dinner and opportunity to discover, participate in, and support Stand in the Gap’s ministry to widows, orphans, and prisoners

During dinner, guests will be seated with one representative from a Stand in the Gap program who has participated as a volunteer or client. After the meal, this person will share their story in this intimate setting, giving guests the opportunity to ask questions and better understand the ministry of Stand in the Gap.

There will be a fundraising ask. This is Stand in the Gap’s most significant fundraising event of the year.

We rely on our Board of Directors and staff to help ensure that the right people are in the room! Consider inviting people who have the capacity to give, but also a heart for the mission and ministry of Stand in the Gap.

• Identify who you’d like to invite.
• Reach out to them to explain the event and why you think they’d like it. Tell them you will send them an invitation. You don’t need to get a firm RSVP.
• After you make initial contact with your list of potential guests, send TJ their names, addresses, emails, and cell phone numbers. Please do this by August 25.
