In an increasingly unstable world,
hope is still the most important thing.
This month, we are sharing some of our “hope highlights” from the last 4 weeks.
May these short stories bring you hope.
Congratulations Team Brianna on your Women in Transition Graduation. We believe in you Brianna and know that there is something inside of you that is greater than any obstacle. We are excited to see where God leads you.
Life Launch Graduation
Congratulations to Life Launch Team Skye on their recent graduation. “It was so much fun to celebrate with these ladies and see the ways Skye has grown over the last year! She just recently got her license and is trucking right along in High School. It is a joy to get to see all that has happened over the last year, and we are so excited for what is to come as they continue on in relationship. So proud of Skye for her year commitment and for the team as they continued to lean in and love on her even in such a tricky season. The best is still ahead.” – Hayden Coffee, Life Launch Program Manager
God doesn't give up and neither does Stand in the Gap.
Dusty came to Stand in the Gap four years ago. Her mentors showed up and left the outcome to God. Dusty did not complete the Stand in the Gap program the 1st time. God didn't give up on Dusty and neither did Stand in the Gap. Dusty came back and graduated!
Widow Valentine's Dinner
Snow and ice couldn't stop our ministry partners from hosting their annual Valentine's dinner for widows (although it may have forced them to reschedule). Balcony Women and Asbury UMC recently blessed 200 widows with their choice of attending an in-person or drive-thru event.
